HOFZ MDT 300 is a transfer case with 4 shafts and 2 speed options, designed to meet the demands of medium-sized vehicle market with high mobility. 

Typical vehicle vocations include the 4x4 & 6x6 vehicles up to 150 HP (111 KW) intended for construction, mining, plantation, and military applications or special vehicles.

4 SHAFT CONFIGURATION

  • Front output and rear output use independent shafts (stronger than 3 shafts configuration).
  • Change in chassis height relatively small.
  • Great vehicle stability.

SYNCHROMESH

Based on field conditions with extreme terrain and maximum loads, 4L --> 4H displacement is required without total stopping. Our transfers can meet this need.

MDT 300 X (Front View)

MDT 300 X is a better and updated version of MDT 300, a huge improvement in design and features that widen the usability and customizability of our transfer case.

4 SHAFT CONFIGURATION

Both front and rear output use independent shafts (stronger than 3 shaft configuration).
Improve vehicle stability due to small chassis elevation.

OIL PUMP (OPTIONAL)

Transfer MDT 300X will be equipped with an optional independent oil pump which will increase oil circulation.
Ensures all components in the transfer case receive sufficient lubrication on a constant basis and results in better lifetime and temperature.

PARKING BRAKE (OPTIONAL)

The main function of this feature is to ensure that the vehicle is in a complete stop or idle while the PTO is engaged.
This technology is also needed when the user requires the vehicle to be able to stop completely on an extreme incline (60% slope).

We offer a range of optional accessories in this model. This allows the user to add or remove some features without changing the transfer case or adding stand-alone devices to the vehicle. 

PNEUMATIC SYSTEM (OPTIONAL)

This feature eases switching between transfer modes. 2W-4W, 4H-4L can be accessed by using the Selector Switch.
This system utilizes a dedicated compressor, Pneumatic Cylinders, and Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM).

SPLIT SHAFT PTO (OPTIONAL)

This feature allows power and torque distribution from the vehicle engine through the main driveshaft.

The benefits of using Split Shaft PTO is that the user can match the PTO RPM with the RPM from the transmission output WITHOUT moving the vehicle. The vehicle's RPM from the lowest to the highest gear can be used while the vehicle is in complete stop. The PTO output position can also be positioned in the center (vehicle’s center), below, or above the chassis.

To be able to use this feature, users are required to install the Pneumatic System, Oil Pump, and Parking Brake as well.

Split Shaft PTO is commonly used for fire engines, pumps, compressors, lifts, etc.
